Frequently Asked Questions

You can start powering up your recruitment tool right away by visiting http://business.the-hood.comor simply click on solution tab on top of this page. Once there, you will be asked to provide your company details, necessary recruitment licenses and to choose one of the subscription choices that suits your business needs.

The subscription plan is annual package (we do not offer daily or monthly rate). Online payment will be handled separately by Stripe platform for security purposes. You should have a bank card (credit or debit) ready for the payment process.

You may contact our team directly at business@the-hood.com for the option of payment by bank transfer (without a card).

You may cancel the subscription at anytime and the account can still be used until the end of your subscription period. We do not, however, offer a refund option.

You may choose to upgrade your subscription at anytime via your admin page on the career hub site. The remaining balance will be counted towards your new payment. Unfortunately, due to the additional features and data access right of premium account users, there is no downgrade option possible. You can continue the plan until the expiry date, after which the plan can be cancelled and deleted. You can then purchase a new basic account.

Basic account allows you up to 5 recruiters while premium accounts with multiple job portals may have up to 25 recruiters. You may request for additional recruiter to be added to your account at additional cost.

Yes, we can integrate API between the Hood Career Hub and your crewing software. Please reach out to us at business@the-hood.com to discuss technical assessment and provide you with the quotation for this feature.
